Henderson Academy of Music offers piano lessons to beginning, intermediate, and advanced students all over the Seattle area. As a piano student, here's what you or your child will learn:
-Beginners: Beginning students learn proper technique, basic music theory, note-reading, and simple pieces. Our teachers are fun, engaging, friendly, and encouraging...we love to make learning the piano fun, especially for children!
-Intermediate: Intermediate students often learn classical or contemporary music, and start to play more complex pieces. Some of our students enjoy playing in bands or other performance groups.
-Advanced: Advanced students learn advanced classical, jazz, or contemporary music. They often work on composition, improvisation, and advanced music theory
