Tim has been playing and performing for over 20 years. He began playing guitar at the age of 12 and has always endeavored to master the art. While studying at Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery, Tim composed and performed for various progressive rock groups always bringing structure, passion and discipline to the acts. Ever enthusiastic about guitars, Tim has repaired countless instruments and continues his practice of mastering all guitar skills. Valuing the skill of listening above all else Tim has taught reading and music for various Elementary schools in the Phoenix area.
He will always carry a passion for music and adapt to the needs of students. Believing that every person has their own song for their life journey he aims to help people develop the tools to express that song whether it's an original or a cover song. Seeing progress and excitement is his drive to give his students 110%. From practice to theory, a good lesson starts with positive thinking and precise demonstration. Erik Dahlgren Moved to Mesa, Arizona in 1991, and has lived in Arizona most of his life. Started playing guitar by age 12, and has been playing and instructing for 14 years. Took lessons from his Father at first then took lessons at different places. Erik has also studied music at MCC doing guitar performance with Dan Davis and many others. Erik Also has taken lessons from other great instructors such as Pete Pancrazi, James Soll, and Greg Norris.
Mainly influenced by classic rock bands such as Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix experience, The doors, etc. Erik enjoys playing different styles of music from rock, classical, Jazz, and Flamenco. Erik Started his first band at the age of 16 with his brother while practicing in his Fathers garage. Erik enjoys, Traveling, Studying, and playing music.
